GROUPS
2. Select the sub- directory, "Focus Group
Facilities."
3. Select the market you wish to
participate in.
4. Locate the focus group facilities in
that market.
5. Find the web site of the facility
6. Those in
BOLD CAPS will link you directly to
the web site.
7. Many will have a link to a
questionnaire for those who want to participate.
8. Complete the questionnaire and submit
it. There is never a charge for this.
Be completely
honest when filling out the questionnaire. There are no right or wrong answers.
Facilities have no idea what kinds of people they are going to be asked to
recruit, until they have specifications from their clients. One group could be
for "male pet owners" and the next could be for "males who don't own pets." You
just never know.
And while we are on "nevers"…
9. "Never #1" Never pay money to a firm
that claims they can get you into focus groups.

"Never #2" Never call the facility or send them e-mails. They will contact you,
if they need you. Calling them may put you on a "Do Not Recruit"
list.
